- This mattress will ship and arrive at your door compressed in a box.
- To set up your mattress, simply use scissors to cut through the plastic packaging. Place the mattress on a flat surface in a well-ventilated room and allow 12-24 hours for full expansion.
- Due to the unique properties of memory foam, dimensions after expansion may vary. This is normal and will not affect the performance of your new mattress.
- New memory foam may initially have a slight odor. It is completely harmless and will dissipate over a short time with regular use.
In accordance with state law, HSN offers California customers a free haul away of an old mattress if haul away is requested within 30 days of the delivery of a new mattress. Customers that have mattress deliveries to the states of Connecticut, California and Rhode Island will have a state-mandated Recycling Fee added to their order. If you are a California customer in need of a haul away of an old mattress, please contact HSN Customer Service at 1.800.284.3900 within 30 days of your receiving your new mattress. Mattresses that are soiled or contaminated are not eligible for haul away.
