  • Not for me

This has almost 300 pages. Great for the adventurous spirits who have tons of free time. Perhaps Ill want to use this book eventually, but I am most interested in doing steaks, etc. An example, only way I would spend over an hour on poached eggs would be if I was having a number of people over for brunch which I dont! It is way too easy to drop yolks in simmering water the regular way.The booklet that came with the sous vide wand suffices for my needs.

  • Waste Of Time

This cookbook is NOT very user friendly. I will probably never use it because the recipe's really don't apply to the every day person. It was very pricey for what you got .around 35.00 . Expected a lot more from it. I also saw it on line somewhere else for 12.95 .
