    Pain in my neck

    This is the second rebel I tried to no avail. Horrible setting it up. Sent it back.

    Not easy to set up

    This is a very good phone for the price. The only problem is in setting it up. It is very hard to work with the people at tract phone because they are oriental and very hard to understand. I had to ask for another people to help me. I got a lady and she was much easier to understand.

    Sending it back

    After spending about 10 days off and on setting it up, tonight while reading an article it froze. Not just the article but the whole phone. No way to get out of that page. It was just on. For over 1/2 hr. If I had an emergency there was no way to make a call or text. Since you can't remove the battery, no way to reset. Screen had become hard to turn on and keyboard was not responding correctly. After about 10 days of use. Too bad. What a waste of time.

    Good camera at fabulous price

    I had an LG not-smart phone previously and needed to upgrade. This phone is of course an Android, and you cannot avoid having to either buy an Android or an iPhone these days. Luckily I have years of Android tablet experience so setting up this phone was easy enough.You have to try to get rid of a lot of the pre-loaded apps and then put on a few you want. Settings are something worth taking the time to go through every single one. I am pleased with this phone - it is LOUD enough both ways.
