    Disappointed

    I ordered believing I was purchasing five masks. We cannot all be mistaken that 5 masks were advertised and only 1 mask shipped. I am pulling back on Lancme purchases.

    You do not get what is advertised

    You do not get 5 masks which on sale are $9.60 each. You get 1 mask. I called customer service and they offered me $18.00 difference or return the items. I return the items and told them they need to remove this false information. I see they still have not removed this false advertising. This is fraud.

    Bait and switch

    I ordered this item last month. The description states you get 5 masks. Only 1 came in the box. I reported it immediately and was met with an argument about getting my other 4 masks. Looking at the front of the box, and now the picture in their offering, it shows only 1 mask comes in the box. This is a difference of about $60 in value and hsn customer service was not forthcoming to get my issue resolved. Classic bait and switch with advertising one thing, but delivering less than you paid
