This Kitchen HQ Dual Chamber Electric Spice Mill is battery powered for one-handed operation, with a simple push-button top, so you can select to grind from the left or right chamber with one touch. This feature is particularly useful when you're cooking, so you can stir with one hand and add spice with the other, as you go. Designed with ceramic grinding mechanisms, so using rock salt won't corrode it. The ceramic does not absorb odors, so if you use a spice blend, it won't carry over. Plus, the mill comes with a spare dual chamber container that snaps into the bottom of the mill, so you can keep your super-secret spice blends in the extra chamber and traditional salt and pepper in the dual chambers up top. Powered by 6 AA batteries, not included. Hand wash only. FDA safe.
