The Nitrided surface, under the coating, helps prevent corrosion and rusting. And it's designed with dual pour spouts, a helper handle for easier lifting, and two silicone handle holders to help prevent heat transfer from the handle to your hand.

• Ceramic coatings inherently don't contain PFAS.
• The internal cooking surface of the pan has a 3-layer manufactured diamond infused ceramic non-stick coating consisting of a top coat, mid-coat and primer layer.
• Scratch resistant and metal utensil safe, but recommend use with silicone, nylon, or wooden tools.
• High abrasion resistance: 2.75 times stronger than a 2-layer ceramic coating.
• Highly durable with a high corrosion resistance base construction.
• Constructed with cast iron treated with a process of Nitriding. Nitriding is a thermochemical process where liquid nitrogen is mixed with the cast iron metal during casting, forming a hardwearing coating onto the cast iron. This process increases the durability and corrosion-resistant properties of the cast iron surface beneath the applied coating.
