Good to Know - "Using the Grater"
- Rotate the pointer arrow on the motor body from "locked" to "unlocked," then remove the motor body from the chamber.
- Cut cheese into small cubes and put cheese into the chamber either side of the rotating paddle. (For best results, use medium to hard cheeses that are suited for grating e.g., Cheddar, Pecorino, Parmesan, Gouda etc.)
- Replace the motor body, rotate the pointer arrow from "unlocked" to "locked" to lock the motor body.
- Tilt the grater slightly and press power button to grate the cheese.
- Tip: When not in use, and to preserve the unused cheese in the chamber; the grater's chambers lid can be fitted to the base.
