My first Dutch oven!

I love this. I made Italian Cassava bread in it at lunch and used the grill pan for steaks at dinner. The best food I have ever prepared. I am a fairly new cook and I am trying to expand my recipes. Clean up with water and a cloth was easy. The red is beautiful. I almost want the black too for backup but with the quality, I doubt I'll get around to it. Hefty, but I'm a petite thing and maneuvered it without issue oven and stovetop. Use gloves to keep yourself safe as it does got hot everywhere.

Long time cook

Oven came very well packed, in great condition. It is heavier than I had hoped but will be great addition. The interior is smooth. The color (red) is nice with no scratches, very pretty. Can't wait to cook steak, soup, roast. May use lid for cake. Love cast iron!

Xcellent Cast iron

I have the Kitchen HQ12&10 inch skillets,and they cook so beautifully I came back to get this set. Great pricing and cleans up easy! If you are on the fence, get it!
