There's nothing quite like a chip from a freshly opened bag. And there's nothing more disappointing than a stale chip from that bag, after it's been opened, sitting for a while. The reason? We don't store them correctly. We roll the top of the bag or use a "chip clip." Neither methods are particularly effective. Kitchen HQ's solution: create a resealable lid. Simply fold the bag around the rigid plastic piece, then place the silicone top piece over it and fold over the lid. Voila! Your chips will stay fresher longer.
