Kitchen HQ 11" Cast Iron Skillet

A little heavy, and the smaller handle gets hot, but cooks very well. Would have been nice to get a lid w/it.

Great so far

I have only used this skillet for bacon, but loved the even cooking and the crispness it put on the bacon. Clean up was easy.

Should have purchased sooner

Since receiving skillet, I have used nothing else to cook with. Easy to cook in, easy to clean up. Simply Amazing. I've even gone on to purchase more Kitchen HQ cast iron nonstick items.

Non stick cast iron skillet

I have only used it twice so far but I love it. The food cooks quickly and evenly. I cooked sausage and eggs today and it was truly non stick. Clean up is easy but it is heavy of course. If you have strong arms and hands no problem.
