Want to love it

I love the design of this! However I thought the length would be adjustable up to a 18 inch or so. But it falls at a true 24 inch length and thats an always length for me because it lays weird in the chest unless wearing a turtleneck etc. and I wear open v necks. I might have to return because it hangs too low! So sad bc the design is beautiful.
