Single band would be so much better

Every ring seems to have such a thick band or double band like this one. While this one is better than the thick one, a single thin band is so much better.

Id love to love this but.

Ive found from buying faceted sapphires that they have a whitish hue on the outside. Wondering if this always occurs when this gem is faceted. Love JK!I bought a pink faceted. I bought a pink sapphire necklace and earrings and the small faceted stones had the whitish look. Like you wanted to wet them to see their beauty. I ordered the sapphire necklace to go with this ring and it looks the same way. I guess Im too picky. But I still appreciate these gems! Im undecided about keeping them.
