blue-green diopside

I received this yesterday and looked at it in the sun. It is many shades of green with traces of beige and blue in some of the stones. I thought this would be a nice addition for spring. (My two "fur" children got this for me for mother's day!)

Soooo disappointing

This is a pale, washed out green , not blue green, and the center stone has black marks that look like a magic marker, not like matrix, been buying from Jay for well over 25 years,most everything , Ive loved , not this one
