Poor Cousin of "On-air" Version - RETURNED

Jay raved about the color of the on air neckless which was a clean clear delicate blue. But the neckless that arrived was so much more dark and dreary as though a little blue had been mixed in with a base of grey. I photographed in front of the recorded presentation on my television and on my computer. Not even close in shade. Jay marvels at the clearance prices as though he doesn't understand how HSN can do it. But I understand it. What arrived isn't even close to what was advertised.
