Overview & Details

Jay King Andean Blue Turquoise and Lapis Sterling Silver Ring
It's a match made in Mine Find heaven. Contrasting yet complementary, Jay's pairing of rich lapis and Andean blue turquoise is sure to be a jewelry box favorite. Set in a handcrafted sterling silver, this ring is a wearable work of art.

Design Information
  • Sterling silver ring has openwork frame, with elongated oval lapis at center
  • Lapis framed on either side by round Andean blue turquoise

Good to Know
  • Moisture, skin oils and environmental factors can change the color of turquoise jewelry if left untreated. But stabilizing turquoise helps preserve the stone's normal color. Natural, mined turquoise nuggets are heated at a very low temperature for about a week, slowly drawing out moisture without damaging the texture. The stones are then placed into acrylic or polymer chemicals to replace water molecules. This stabilizes the stone and keeps its beauty and value intact.

  • Due to the composition and natural properties of mined gemstones, the product image may show slight differences to the actual stone in color saturation, tone, hue or other gemstone characteristics such as phenomena, color banding and color matrix.

  • Gemstones and pearls are sometimes treated to enhance their natural beauty. To learn more and find out about care instructions see details.

  • Words Are Not Adequate

Such a gorgeous piece. The deep color of the lapis with almost invisible pyrite and the Andean Blue Turquoise are so beautifully displayed with the lovely sterling silver body of the ring. I have had numerous compliments and I enjoy that. The ring arrived on time and in superb condition. Thank you Jay for designing this.

  • Pretty sorry to have to re-turn

The ring is actually very pretty . Reason for return is lapis had no matrix and it looked like just a very thin piece of blue stone glued on turquoise was very nice . I guess I wanted the lapis to look like lapis .
