    Good

    These are comfortable, cute and true to size. I get lots of complements and they go with a lot of different pants, crops, dresses, etc. The padded insole does kind of flatten down if standing or walking a lot.

    Never received original order

    I originally did not receive this item on 9/1. I ordered it along with 2 ruanas, they came in a large box, but only the two ruanas were in the box. The CSR resent the shoes, which did receive. Now I am getting contacted to dispute that I did not receive my original order? Shoes are cute so I will give 5 stars ---and comfortable. Not sure I want to order from HSN again, as this is very time consuming.
