14K Tin Cup Cultured Akoya Pearls
I was prepared to send this back because the I thought the box chain would be to large and heavy for the pearls. BUT when the necklace came the Akoya pearls and box chain were both lovely and delicate. I love it.Originally, it was for a good friend (who is 25 years younger than myself) but now I have a hard time parting with this necklace. Sigh!ajisai2, AZWas this review helpful? 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Lovely Akoya necklace
The necklace is very dainty and classic looking. The type that will never go out of style. The pearls have a beautiful shimmer to them. The gold chain is thinner than I expected, but for the price I can't complain. About that. What I can complain about is the awful packaging. It comes in a blue Jay King cardboard box, with Styrofoam like cushioning for the necklace to rest on, not a jewelry case. Rather cheap looking. I purchased a pair of earrings for a friend from this brand and the packaging was just as disappointing. Cardboard box with a velvet pouch to put the earrings in.beck28, MNWas this review helpful? 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
the pearls are very nice, lots of luster & sheen. Pearls are somewhat small, the chain is not overly thin. Don`t know if I`d keep for myself.compie123, NYWas this review helpful? 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Disappointed & Returned
Loved the pearls & would have kept this verynice...if small...necklace IF I could have gotten it on...It has one of the smallest/cheapest claspsI've ever seen on a piece of Jewelry...I tried very hard...but IF I had kept it...I wouldhave had to take it to a Jeweler & paid for a clasp to be put on that I could work...Don't understand why they made it so smalland cheap...Very Disappointed.p.s. I normally keep all my HSN products anddon't write reviews...phkDylan922, CAWas this review helpful? 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
