    Don't waste your money

    One of the ear buds don't work. I had these charging for 48hrs still not working. HSN NEEDS TO DO BETTER, WITH ENDORSING PRODUCTS THAT DON'T WORK. Now I have to pay for the return of the garbage

    never worked

    The day I bought the unit I made a big mistake. I threw away the shipping label away because I bought it for only $12.99 not knowing that the ear bids would not keep able to stay charge. I wish I could send them back so that they can see the junk that they are selling. I like HSN, they have a lot of great products. Please be careful with this item, it is not worth the money.

    Not so great

    No instructions. The buttons don't seem to work properly. The power cord doesn't seat easily.

    Sent wrong color..

    Received and had been sent the wrong color. Ordered rose gold got white. Was very disappointed.
