    Don't bother

    ZERO STARS! After I charged up the powerbank, I tried to charge my Apple iPhone XR, but it would NOT charge it no matter what I tried. I repositioned my phone every way possible but could NOT get it to charge my phone. The XR is supposedly a compatible phone, but it wouldn't work for me. THEN upon trying to return it, I discovered it cost almost HALF the cost of the item to return it, so it wasn't even worth the money to send it back. I gave up. NOT HAPPY WHATSOEVER.

    Takes forever to charge, return shipping a joke

    This takes forever to charge wirelessly. I brought to post office and it was shipped by the vendor so have to return by paying up front. Post office want $17 without insurance. Absolutely ridiculous. Called up HSN and they dont even know when items are shipped out by vendor and not their own warehouse. That is so wrong in so many ways.

    Trashed my phone battery

    I used once it didnt charge and since I have to charge my phone 3x a day. Apple is replacing the battery under the plan for the low rate but Come on this cant be the first incident. Back it goes.
