    Do not buy

    Do not buy this computer. I had to return it in less than 3 months because it had so many issues. The last issue was it would not hold a charge, died and wouldnt turn back on. Terrible waste of money. The only saving grace was HSN staff who helped make it right by refunding my money so I could buy a better quality laptop. Thanks very much.

    Horrible Customer Service/Support

    I purchased an Hp laptop and Hp printer 5 years ago. The laptop had several issues a virus would not let me connect to the internet. This laptop would not connect to my printer it is an Hp. Called Hp customer service and was told I would need to pay $19.00 to printer to laptop. After 4 hours online no connection. The laptop came with S Mode got a pop up to delete this program to download apps.
