    Junk

Called HSN told them that my on/offswitch was not working. this product is still under one year warranty. Was told to call HP. I called twice and could not understand their BROKEN ENGLISH.Japan or India I guess. Got frustrated both times . Now my computer is at the Trash Dump. NO MORE HP/HSN!!!

    Search function is difficult

The search feature, to help a non-techie solve a problem, is unusable. I will have to take this damned thing to a computer repairman, to figure out how to reset the "settings". Hate It. Very un-user friendly, but that's probably just Microsoft. Otherwise, the machine works as they advertise. Wish I hadn't bought it.

    Pretty nice Computer!

Overall happy with the computer although I used my previous keyboard and mouse. The keyboard that came with it was too small and the mouse started falling apart after I opened it to insert batteries. Wouldnt stay shut after that. Love not having a CPU taking up space. Just glad to have a fast computer again!

Must have internet access to use

Purchased before move to remote area with no internet access for word processing. Unable to set up/use PC without ability to access internet. Spoke with HP for an hour to troubleshoot and was told this told to call vendor (HSN). If host or description/specifications on HSN website stated this we would have never purchased. Also hard to tell if wireless keyboard and mouse are active. If used to wired periphery think twice before buying. If no internet access for set up do not purchase.

    Still working on it

Set up was easy, transferring files between computers not so easy. Attach ing files with original programs I'm still working on. Not a computer guru so confusing for me.
