    Aubergine colored HP laptop

    I usually would not pick a laptop with such low specs as my typical purchase for computer tech is high end; however, I will be using it for a certification program I'm planning to do online and working with zoom related applications after I'm accredited. I appreciate it came with touch screen & office software & I love the color!

    Pretty good..

    Before I bought this laptop, I purchased a LG which was 200 bucks more than this one. I sent it back because it ran hot all the time. This one doesn't. The resolution is a bit hazy but not enough to bother me. The keyboard isn't as noisy as the LG either. So, I'm happy with my purchase.

    returned

    i returned for refund, the screen was the cheap hd version not the true hd. everytime i moved the screen would washout. disappointed hp still uses poor resolution screens on laptops.

    no flex pay

    When I ordered the computer I thought it was on flex pay. I received the bill and saw that the full amount was due. I am very disappointed with this accounting error.
