    Less than a year

    Not even a year in my possession and this thing doesn't work anymore... one minute watching a video, the next, black screen and won't reboot. There's no battery to take out to do a hard reset, holding the power button doesn't do a thing either. I will never purchase another HP nor from HSN.

    Worst laptop ever

    My review is very similar to another consumer in that the laptop worked great for 7 months and today the screen keeps flashing. I used the laptop with no problem last night and now i have a flashing black screen. Im very disappointed and now have no access to my business documents. Never again HP!

    Great while it lasted - 2 whole months

    I loved this laptop until the screen started flashing like it was shorting out. Now I cant even get it to come on and my school work is just sitting there with no way to access it. Incredibly cheap. And frustrating. And not even two months old yet.

    HP Laptop Computers

    This HP Laptop is great. My husband & I both ordered one & we love them. The marble keyboard awesome & more beautiful than it shows on TV. And the backlite keyboard is really great. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone thinking about a new computer.
