HP 14" Touchscreen Intel 4GB RAM 128GB SSD Laptop w/Office 365 & Mouse

Very good size for us to use

After a hiccup setting up the laptop, for some reason, it froze on a website and I had to power it down to unfreeze it. After it rebooted it was like a different machine. It's now fast, responsive and well worth the money, esp on 12 months finance. I took off the security pin in settings, which I prefer. The mouse was a nightmare, after trying to pair it for an hour, I gave up, purchased the HPx3000 g2 from A and was paired in 10 seconds or less. Despite a few issues, this is still worth 5stars

This is a nice laptop at an affordable price. I would have preferred a 17" laptop with the keyboard numbers but after my older laptop with Windows 7 quit working, I really needed to replace it for my limited usage. My only issue is getting used to using the smaller keyboard without the numeric keypad. I don't use the touchscreen (yet). I watched several videos to learn Windows 11 while waiting for this laptop and this helped with the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 11.

It is okay no strong pros or cons. I did have to uninstall several added apps that I will never use as it was slowing it down out of the box. Got to white nice finish, I forget about the touch screen, point at something and then remember so touch screen very responsive.

I suppose it could be the internet service where I live-- just to give HP the benefit of thr doubt,, BUT I have never had slower results while trying to do ANYTHING on my devices. ! So frustraiting - from the beginning __ at first I thought it would get better after I got it set up - but my favorite HP has become my biggest frustraition-- I'm beginning to hate technology -when I used to enjoy it. I gave 2 stars just because the look is beautiful- it's the service that is horrible
