    A PAIN TO SET UP DUE TO NO MANUAL

    3 STARS AS IT WAS FRUSTRATING AND TIME CONSUMING TO GET ALL SET UP. NO EXPLANATION OF KEYS, NO EXPLANATION OF CAPS KEY WHICH I HAD TO HUNT AND PECK FOR MY WIFI. ENDED UP CREATING A NEW EMAIL TO GET PAST SECURITY. GOOGLE DOCS IS NOT AS GOOD AS WINDOWS TO TRANSFER. I LIKE THE LIGHT UP KEYS AND THE TOUCH SCREEN. WILL HAVE TO GET USED TO DIFFERENCES IN CHROMEBOOK. IT IS FAST BUT IT IS NEW SO SHOULD BE. COULDN'T FIND MANUAL ONLINE EITHER SO TOOK ME HOURS TO FIND EVERYTHING I WANTED.

    Very frustrating

    This chromebook will not download app from my cable provider. Says it is not available ! Will not let me download even my Amazon prime video. Unacceptable. Had to call CS to request a new mailing label as the existing one is unreadable. CS says the email will take two hours to reach me. Sigh. Would just trash it but it did cost $279.00! Not remotely like what the presenter raved about. This chromebook is a POS and caused me frustration to say the least.

    Terrible Item

    I couldn't even get it to charge!! They don't even send you instructions, nothing to explain how it works or what to do if you have a problem. HP is supposed to be a very reliable company. Sending back for refund!
