    HORRIBLE LAMIMATOR AND SERVICE

    I ordered this and it burned up as soon as I plugged it in. HSN replaced it and the second one wouldn't even start when plugged in. So both were defected. I sent the first one back to HSN as they requested and it cost me $30 to do so out of my pocket, HSN said they never received it and billed me for the second one. I have done a lot of business with HSN but NEVER AGAIN. I spent almost $200 with shipping for this piece of junk and ended up with NOTHING. NEVER EVER AGAIN.....

    Wish I had this years ago!

    This is easy to use and takes only a few minutes to warm-up. Can use 3 ml or 5 ml pouches. It's fast and quiet. I wish I had this years ago. This is perfect for when I make tumbler care instructions and need a little bit more stability. I love it!

    Awesome

    I already had a laminator, but when I saw this purple one I just had to have it. It does what it's intended to do. The pouches/project comes out nice & clear.

    14+ Months of Following the Instructions

    If you follow the instructions the unit seems to last for over a year, but then died. Mine lasted 14 months just past warranty. I have clean power on all my outlets and the unit itself seems to be flawed. I think it was a great entry unit but like others stated HP is worthless when it comes to support and resolving issues should be done with HSN. If you buy - get the protection plan and expect to replace.
