Seating was comfortable and these chairs really looked great. BUT, I could not keep them because one of the legs on the front of each chair was too short. We tried everything... switching them around, etc. Nothing worked. We needed chairs, but these were not going to work. After the rather tedious task of getting the screws to fit when they didn't want to, but finally getting them put together, the legs were not even. Sent them back. Still would recommend IF the company took more time sending the right parts and aligning the holes.

I ordered two sets. One set had a broken leg, but customer service was excellent. They immediately sent out a replacement. At first my husband was not to sure about these but after putting them together he loved them. He actually thought we should order another set.

These chairs are great quality and color however they were too low for our oddly too high table. The price is exceptional for the quality!The only negative thing I can say is about the return process: I wanted to return them but for some reason there was not a return label for them. I had to pay to ship them back on my own, which was too high with UPS. HSN contacted the vendor for a return authorization but for some reason I was declined from the vendor in returning them with an RA#. I actually learned that they would be too short the day after I placed the order but there was no way to interrupt/stop the shipment when I tried to cancel it the next day, so its not like I was outside my return window. I am trying to sell them on my own. Other than that, they are great chairs. If I had a need for them elsewhere, I would reuse them. Also, can someone on the HSN team please correct the misspelling of contemporary? Its spelled as "comteporary "

These chairs totally surprised me.. Read the reviews but I was still a bit concern.. Would the color match, would it look cheap and of course would these chairs be easy to assemble.. Well four and a half stars all around!!!! Very comfortable, easy to assemble once you match the pegs to the holes..classy and soooo stylish.. These chairs match perrrrfect!!!! A hit!!! Would have given five stars if we had less issues with one chair..
