Beautiful but

One of my favorites but I read the reviews about chipping so I ordered 5 just to make sure. Yes I know they charge for a return but onlycharge for 1 & out of 5 two were good. So if you love this order more than one. I think the problem is it needs a bigger box. But drop dead gorgeous necklace! Worth the few dollars to me to be able to get one that's in great shape.

POOR WORKMANSHIP. POOR QUALITY

I have been buying Heidi's jewelry for 20 years or more, and I have some wonderful pieces, in fact the older ones are the better ones. But this one Heidi, "no" never received anything as shabby, and poorly quality controlled as this one. odd, to say the least. 1 star for the idea, workmanship and quality, zip!!! By the way, I ordered it twice thinking I may have gotten A bad one. Both were bad. Beads need work, all scratched and stained. Still like your stuff, but I think I have the best of you.

Arrived in Heidi Box, No Issues

Had read earlier reviews about poor packaging that created problems. HSN must have listened because mine came in the gold-sleeve Heidi box & in perfect condition. Was on sale, exceptional value for this wonderful piece!

Beautiful

This necklace was so beautiful but was packaged in a bag instead of a box. The crystal beads scratched all the paint on every ivory bead. It was so beat up, I gasped when I saw it. Do I try again? I don't know.

Chipped

I love this necklace and colors but it arrived with scuffed and chipped beads. I sent it back for an exchange and the second one also had a number of chipped beads. I was so disappointed because its beautiful. Maybe Heidi can make it again with different beads that arent as fragile. I have a lot of Heidi Daus snd this is the first time Ive seen this happen. Usually super high quality and shipped carefully.
