    Love the chair

    Putting it together at first was challenging but once we figured it out it was great.

    Broken Lever

    After wrestling to get this chair together, we found the lever for lowering & raising the chair in the bottom of the box. Clearly broken off. I called to see if HSN would help me but they only said, No, I had to return the entire chair that we had just spent an hour assembling. They said I had to deal with a 3rd party vendor and not them about the broken lever. My only option was to disassemble the chair and try to get it back in the box and ship it back for a refund or deal with the vendor.
