    Didnt work

    I was so disappointed when I finally got this thing assembled, and there was no power. Checked all the cable connections and the battery level. Nothing worked, no exchange available because they are sold out.

    Go City Foldable High Speed e-bike

    The best item I could of gotten I did have a hyper e bike from Walmart but by far the Foldable go City high speed e bike is the best investment I could of gotten the way to work is alot better than expected very good e bike

    Defective product

    I purchase a spike over 7 months ago it said do not return to store contact us my bike has been in the bike shop for over 3 months I've been in contact with the guy named Harry that works at the company but hasn't followed through with anything he said he was going to do I would appreciate a refund or a new bike or something I don't get this summer is almost over with do not purchase

    Excellent

    Just what the doctor ordered. Shipping only took 4 days from California to Washington state. The bike is excellent and well built. I'm a stout person and the bike has no problems handling my weight. It took a little longer than 15 minutes to set up the instructions lack some clarity. The bike comes with a charge so my test ride was very pleasurable, plenty of power and the pedal assist worked great. Would highly recommend for the casual rider and those looking for adventure.
