Overview & Details

Go Fit Pro Professional Stability Ball and Core Performance Training DVD
The GoFit professional grade core stability ball is a fun, yet challenging way to stretch, tone and tighten your body. Unlike training on a stable, flat surface, the ball is a round, unstable surface, so you not only train the primary muscle groups but also the smaller stabilizing muscles as well. The ball total body workout is very efficient, allowing you to see the results you want in a much quicker period of time.

What You Get

  • Results not typical. You can generally expect to lose up to 2 pounds per week with a calorie-reduced diet and moderate exercise.

  • Great Ball

I use this as my desk chair every day....LOVE it! Has to be pumped up couple times a week but that's ok. My legs no longer go numb when sitting long periods.

  • Great for excersise or work

This is a good value as it comes with the ball, pump, and training video. It comes with a tool to easily remove the plug and a spare plug. I am 5'9" and it's perfect for an alternative for a chair at work. It helps keep the nods away while sitting at a desk since I have to actively balance and use my core. The only downside is that it seems to deflate a small amount overnight so I need to air it up again, but not a ton. It may be attributed also to my weight and the length of time I have to sit on it. This ball is advertised on the box as a 2,000 lb capacity, so if you're worried about being too heavy for it, don't be. We've tested it at home with up to 320 lbs on top of it.
