How to Use

Use two to three times per week or when needed. Apply an even layer to clean, dry skin. Can be used on the face, neck, and chest. Daytime use: leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, allowing product to absorb into the skin. Wipe off with tissue and massage remaining product into skin or rinse with water.
Nighttime use: leave on to infuse the skin with moisture and wake up with extremely hydrated skin. Inflight use: apply at beginning of the flight and leave on for flight duration.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water. For external use only.

FABULOUS!!!

This is the best hydrating mask I've ever used. I have extremely dry & sensitive skin and have tried many products claiming to be hydrating. I got a sample of this years ago at Sephora and fell in love. Improves texture, addresses pores and is immensely hydrating without any irritation. It does tingle but no redness after use. I use 2-3 times a week and have even worn as a sleeping mask. A really wonderful product that does what it's meant to do. Even better when on sale.

Terrible customer service, won't purchase again!

Great product, terrible customer service. My credit card was misbilled twice even after I return the products because the item is not in a good condition. My first order got canceled then my second order was in a bad condition. I suggested a refund but they have requested to ship the broken item back to the warehouse. I did everything and wait for my refund. One month later, my card was billed the third time with a $7.95 amount. I am really confused and mad about the HSN platform.
