Shaving Buddy - Extremely Helpful!
I recently had a serious surgery on my lower back. While my husband was a great help during my initial couple of weeks at home, the one thing he didn't want to was help me shave my legs. I'm currently not allowed to bend or twist - and that ruled me out for shaving my legs the way I always have. So I did make something out of a bath brush handle and some water proof surgical tape and my old razor. It worked in a pinch, but wasn't very ergonomic, and was kind of yuck after several showers. I came across the Giraffe on HSN and knew I had to have it. It fits my Venus razors perfectly. Love that it can extend, and has the two different size heads to hold different kinds of razors. Definitely worth the money if you're having any issues with your back, hip, etc. I wish I had found this last year when I had my hip replaced. It would have been awesome to have then, too.kjjose01, KYWas this review helpful? 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have back issues and have been concerned about falls in bath from trying to shave my legs. This tool allows me to keep both feet on tub and still reach all parts of my leg because you can adjust length of the handle to fit your arm length. Wonderful invention!BJane1, KYWas this review helpful? 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
Such A Great Invention!
I had spinal cord surgery, so bending is not easy and bending my leg to be able to reach to shave is next to impossible. The Giraffe has made it so easy to be able to shave my legs. I am so thankful that this product exists. I have already told my neurologist, pain management staff and orthopedic doctors about it for their other patients.kgoldman, MAWas this review helpful? 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
Needs to be a bit shorter
Works well, but use slow as it will get away from you if used fast.TexasRacer, TXWas this review helpful? 0 out of 0 found this review helpful
I have back injuries and cant shave easily if at all. This works great but if I hang it up the razor falls out. Not a huge deal but a small inconveniencehollyhh, WIWas this review helpful? 0 out of 0 found this review helpful
