Forsythia Lynwood Gold Set of 1 Root Stock
This ornamental deciduous shrub produces an abundance of brilliant yellow flowers. Multi-branched and upright, it looks fantastic scattered through the garden or in a hedge. After the flowers fade away, it will produce 3" deep green leaves that turn yellow with a hint of purple in the fall.

  • You receive 2-year old root stock ranging 12 to 18" in height. This is not a fully grown foliated potted plant.

Planting Instructions
  • Dig a hole about a foot deep and a foot wide. Set the plant in the hole and fill it half full with soil. Water. After water is drained, fill the rest of the hole with the remaining soil. Then water thoroughly again and continue doing so regularly. 

Continuing Care
  • It can be pruned back to any size as it will grow quickly in height and width, or you can just sit back and let it grow as its carefree and watch as the spring in your yard is heralded by the outpouring of golden blooms. If you decide to prune, do so immediately after spring flowering. Fertilization may be necessary.
