FitQuest Upright Flex Express and Recumbent Bike with Resistance Bands

I am 73 years old and about 6 months ago my knees started barking. Walking and stairs (30 down and 30 up every trip out) are painful if possible at all, but I CAN RIDE MY BIKE without causing pain or further damage... helps loosen the joints. This bike ( which I originally purchased to use on really cold, icy days during the long winter) calls out to "hop on and take a ride" every time I look at it... 974 miles to nowhere but feeling great. It's my favorite place to sit. THANK YOU

This bike was pretty easy to assemble, did it myself. Nice design as the nuts are already attached where they should be instead of in a big bag. Once assembled, it is comfortable to ride, good seat and backrest. I have moved it between rooms, and was able to do that myself as a 4"11' senior. Careful getting off as it's not too heavy and can tip. I really needed this for knee replacement rehab, and it fit the bill. I have recommended it.

This bike was so easy to assemble not even an hour! It's sleek, doesn't take much room and is so quiet I can ride without bothering my husband! I had total knee replacement surgery and this bike is helping me rehab quite nicely!

I love this exercise bike. I used everyday. It perfect if you are just getting back into fitness. This best purchase I ever made. I put the exercise bike together by myself. You will not regret purchasing it. I love exercising at home before work. I am short plus size woman. I will definitely buy another one I will recommend to anyone that want to be able to exercise at home not pay for gym membership.
