Part of my physical therapy

Was not sure this would really work since my knees only bend so far. But it has been great for additional mobility. Works much better without the mat. I use this every day.

Works for me

This was easy to put together, but I threw away the mat. It was useless even on a carpet. I ended up using a strip of that rubber maid non slip rubber on the front bar to keep it from slipping. I like the machine, it's easy to use and I am getting a good workout especially doing resistance work at the same time as the elliptical.

One of my best purchases ever!

I work from home at a desk 3 days per week, sitting all day long, and this is a great way to keep moving throughout the day. Wish I had one of these three years ago when the pandemic started and maybe I would not have packed on so much weight. My lower abs are getting firmer and also my legs. Works flawlessly and I love it.

So easy

70 years old and had femur surgery 10 months ago. My PT said the elliptical would help strengthen my leg muscles. Just do overdo.

Well made

Nice little exerciser. I have bad knees, so treadmills and bikes are very difficult. This is sturdy and is exactly what I was looking for.
