Coins pictured are way better than what I received

The coins I received are VG grade at best. The HSN picture shows some of LIBERTY on the 1859 and most on the 1909. It seems to be that with most of the circulated coins HSN sells, their picture is always better than what you receive. None of LIBERTY was showing on my 1859 and little on the 1909 I received. My 1859 reverse has some of the leaves and most of the ribbon visible. The reverse of my 1909 was sharp and the arrows clear. My display box was pretty worn looking.
