First 25 Years of S-Mint Proof Sets - 1968 -1992

Son was happy. Just thought they were never opened but thats ok

I was looking forward to these coins but, I was disappointed when I received them. Like others pointed the boxes were in poor condition and when I tried to look at them I discovered that two yers had coins from different years. At this point I decided to return them. Please check the dates in the individual sets.

I ordered the 1968-1992 25 Years of Mint Proof Sets. I looked at the reviews first and they seemed fine mostly complaints about the cardboard boxes.My set came and had several problems (none of which were the boxes). About 6 sets had serious coin "toning" issues. One set had a large crack in the lens. Another had an annoying scratch. However worst was two sets which obviously had been opened and coins replaced with serious bad wear issues!! Lastly I received two 1975 sets and no 1977 set!!

Prior to ordering I read there cases were in bad condition.But expected some wear and tear(older) no biggie.But a few were unable to be closed(tearing of tabs) on paper folders as well plastic cases cracked on 2 cases with air (fog) therefore couldnt see the coins so I was forced to open the sets to put the coins individually properly by themselves.Thankfully I had the supplies to do so.I think its a good deal just be prepared if needed for another emergency solution,,Coins

I overpaid but I got the whole set at once. the packages are in a little rough condition but the proof sets are good.
