I purchased this product with excitement. Very cheesy product, once my husband got it assembled, I thought I was going to fall because of the cheesy material that is used to build the product. Thirty days later I tried to return the product because the walk board, or treadmill keeps sliding to the right, I found myself having to keep adjusting it. Since it pad would not stay on I just gave up. HSN would not accept it back because it was passed the 30 days. Do not waste your hard earn money on this piece of junk. I am very disappointed, plus I purchased the warranty and having a hard time getting it honored.
