LOOOVE IT!!!
I purchased this for my husband who loved making beef jerky. he has always used the run of the mill dehydrators you find in grocery or big box stores. This out does all of them. He loves this item:)

Dry it; Bag it; Store it
This unit works very well. HSN got it to me quickly and without headaches. I immediately dehydrated two cans of tuna (water based) to use in a lightweight tuna spread on a camping trip. I am making flaxseed crackers mixed with tomato and cucumber puree today to use with the tuna spread. The only complaint I have is that there were no teflon or silicone sheets for "wet" items or very small items to dry. Other than that the unit is fantastic. Powerful and efficient.

Best Dehydrator Out There
Love the timer and temperature control. Everything comes out perfect every time. Wish I had not wasted my time or money on the other brands in the past.

Excalibur 9 tray
I was disappointed in the 9th tray, it is so close to the top that you cant really put anything on that tray.Unless you were maybe putting something very flat of a vegetable..And it was very expensive,.Should have gone with less trays unless its the same with the less trays..
