Love it

This unit is just as it shown so much steam comes out and my house has never smelled so clean. It takes out pet odor too!

Not your Mama's Steam Mop

my experience with this steam mop overall was very good. Pros were cleaned well on first pass, with few exceptions, dried quickly. Cons were cord too short, and could be a little hard to push but it helped to lower handle a little.

Difficult to Use

This is very heavy to push around, it doesn't glide well. It leaves far too much water on the floor.($62 to return seems a bit much.)

Not what I expected

This steamer would be great if it did not get too wet, too fast...it becomes very difficult to push when the pads get saturated. I did notice a difference when pressing the handle for more steam...that tells me that maybe it is stuck in "more steam" and thus wet the pads faster. At any rate, I am well into my 70s and do not have the strength to push it once the pads are saturated (very fast...). Sending it back....return, not replace.
