  • Here is Turkey Recipe Missing Part

turkey missing part:Cover pan w/foil & roast turkey 1 hour & 40 minutes. Remove foil, baste turkey w/more spice butter, & roast uncovered about 1 hour & 20 minutes, or until instant-read thermometer reads 165F when inserted into part of thigh nearest to thigh-hip joint.Transfer turkey to carving board & rest 20 minutes before carving.Meanwhile, make gravy:Pour off accumulated pan juices from pizza pan into large liquid measuring cup. Let stand 5 minutes, then spoon off fat that rises top.

  • Exceptional

This book has 109 pages and half of them are pictures, so there are say 60 or so recipes. Not many. But what is remarkable is that I world actually like to cook 33 of the 60. Usually if you find 4 or 5 out of 100, youre doing good. Recipes are usually too wild, too complicated, too many weird ingredients, etc. Not here. The book is worth every penny I paid for it. Good job, Rochelle.

  • Beautiful Cookbook

This book is gorgeous. The pictures and writing are great, and the recipes look amazing! I bought it to go along with the pizza pan set just to give me ideas, but I am floored! Don't hesitate!
