    It works wonders I have knee pain, it is so soothing, I feel the vibration from my feet to knee, I t helps tremendously with the stiffness in my joints. I would differently recommend

    Dr Ho's Best Product

    This machine does what Dr Ho said it would do. It is quiet and smaller than most other motion equipment. The timer works every time and it is not heavy and bulky to move around my house. Thanks Dr Ho.

    Good product

    This is a treat to sit down to after a day on my feet. Can use with or without heat or with or without the vibration. Makes it perfect for hot weather and cold.

    Actually helps with ankles/calves

    Bought this in a whim (when your legs hurt you will try anything). I use this in the evening. My ankles stopped hurting and my balance improved on uneven surfaces. Leg pain diminished significantly. Very easy to use.
