  • Fell short of expectations

    Product received ahead of expected date which is a good thing.Not exactly as I'd hoped in term of quality. My husband is a Marylander from the Eastern shore of Maryland so we are accustomed to crab cakes that are mostly crab with a minimum of filler. These were tasty but so was whatever they were filled with that seemingly overpowered the crab itself that was a tad stringy.My husband suggested that we buy some lump crab meat re-cke them to more fully enjoy.While they might be suitable for someone who is not accustomed to a more hearty cake, they are not something I would return to myself.
