In a consumer perception survey, 100% of users agreed that the eyeliner didn't smudge or transfer, glides onto the skin without tugging, pulling or scratching, and eyes did not seem irritated after applying this liner.
She's An Icon Precision Mascara is non-irritating and formulated with peptides, panthenol, plant-based keratin, plant-based collagen, castor oil, biotin, silica, coconut oil, vitamin E, rice bran, and a form of vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate).
In a consumer perception survey, 100% agreed lash volume appeared improved, there was an increase in lash curl and volume after use, and lashes appeared fuller, longer, and healthier-looking after use.
