I am 63. Im 54, about 190lbs. I dont have a lot of stamina. Ive never been able to do squats correctly. First this is super easy to put together. Im not exaggerating. I did it myself in under 30 min including unboxing it. The directions are simple. Hardware is minimal. It weighs just under 30lbs so if you can carry a large bag of dog food, you can carry this box into your home. I was able to get on it and do 7 squats as soon as I jumped on it. Wow! My large leg muscle groups are happy!

Received Denise Austin Squat trainer Sculpting System last week, it works wonders on your legs and abd and can use to Sculpt your arms as well. It does squeak some. The seat is comfortable. Good for your joints. My husband put it together, didn't take long. I love it would highly recommend!

I received this yesterday my husband put together in about 5 minutes with no problem. I did yesterday and today and so far I love it and my legs already feel stronger and knees do not hurt.It squeaks a little but no big deal. Thank you so much Denise! I have been using the Denise Austin Squat Trsiner for about 2 months now and I LoVE It. I look forward to this exercise routine every morning and am noticing a difference in my flexibility. My only complaint is that my machine is not quiet.it has been squeaky from day one. What can I do to alleviate the slight noise factor? Otherwise, I truly recommend this product and highly recommended it for anyone who wants to strengthen their body! Thank you Denise.
