Does NOT have a Backlit Keyboard
HSN has amazing products and offers great prices and flexibility to make payments on them, however the big deal breaker for me was the Backlit keyboard. Every other feature of this keyboard is a bargain for such a powerful computer but sadly I am returning it for the error in the product description. If you don't care about the backlit keyboard at all and are looking for something that can handle multiple tasks and has a beautiful screen size, then this may be what you are looking for.

Keys are not backlit!
I carefully searched for a Dell with backlit keys before my purchase. The info. clearly states it here but they are not. It's not an option. Standard keyboard does not have the backlit upgrade. Returning.

Worst computer ever!
Well let me start by saying the complete review I just typed was completly wiped out! The keyboard randomly pushes me back 3 or 4 words in a sentence and starts me typing there. It took me 4 attempts and 30 minutes to write this review on the laptop! I have no idea why it does this and it renders thelaptop useless! If I could rate this unit 0 stars I would! Spend the extra few hundred dollars and invest in a better model! I can't even returnthis laptop and it is useless me.

Garbage
Beautiful looking laptop, reasonable price. However, it is the slowest PC Ive ever owned. Very unstable. Even with no software, photos or music loaded on, takes forever to boot up. Ive since installed Microsoft Office and a few photos: have my secure wireless connection checked off to connect automatically. After starting up in the morning after a total shutdown, some of my software is missing and I need to reinstall. Missing documents in follders; and m6 wireless does not connect, even though its set up to do so automatically. My old laptop, held together by duct tape (I kid you not), and whose hard drive reached capacity - actually works faster than this new machine, and seems more reliable. I do not recommend this particular laptop.
