    This looks like a really good life plan.Notice I didn't say diet.I know use andrew lessmans secure meal replacement. I'M doing fine but this will help me eat better.What a wealth of health knowledge in one it. THANKS

  • Simple & Healthy

    I love the introduction and opening chapter - Dawna's journey and frustration with other diets is totally my story! I like the simplicity of her menus, most other diets with recipes are far too gourmet for me! I'm just starting the diet this week, so I can't share my experience yet, all I can say is this book has my attention, and I appreciate her approach!
