  • Simple to use and worth it!! Love it!!

    I have been using my sons vide stick for the last several months now and I just love it. It is a wonderful way to make poached eggs and also steaks!! The eggs come out perfectly, 167 degrees for 12 minutes then into ice water for a minute. The steaks come out so juicy and perfect on the inside, all you do is sear for a minute or two and voila!!! I will never go back to making roasts in the oven again! Its worth the time getting to know this machine, you will never regret it!!

  • I LOVE this!!

    Makes the BEST meat dishes you will ever cook! I double zip lock the meat, with fresh herbs, garlic, salt and pepper . Then simply place the bag in the ( pre heated) water, and thats it! It does all of the rest for you! I did purchase the little weights, and they go in the outer bag- this keeps the meat under the water. It is VERY important, to remove as much air from the bag before you seal it, or it floats to the top. And then quickly brown the meat - it looks better that way!

    This is the second product of Chef Stones I purchased. Well Built, performed well, food Outstanding. There is a learning curve with this product and use of a Sous-Virde Cook book. Form 1 Chef to another I give it 5

    Love, love. The meat all comes out beautiful. Tender, juicy to perfection. It is used at least three to five times a week. All our meals are prepared from scratch every day.
