    Leaking

I am not one to leave reviews and I love Curtis Stone and have bought many of his products. Used this once and loved it. Second time the seal is leaking water as soon as you put it in. It is very disappointing as I it is past the return or exchange date. I wish this worked longer than 2 times and will be watching anything I order in the future.

    Not sure

Found out by second batch that the dough should be dry looking or else it won't get caught in the cup to let the extruder push dough out. Disc for penna was hard to clean. Waiting to make next noodles to pass final judgement.

    I love this machine

The first time I used the machine, I found it difficult. I went over the instructions again and watched the videos. I love it now. I make pasta at least once a week. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes including clean up. Its very easy to take apart and clean. It does take a little trial and error to get the recipe just right, but its worth the result. I love making pasta now

    Not Good

I was very disappointed. Sounded too good to be true and it is. Nothing about this is good. Recipes aren't specific - trial and error with amount of water, etc. But more than that, it's cheap plastic, difficult to clean, dough sticks to parts - I'll stick to the old fashion way with my Grandmother's machine.

    Returned

Tried using. It was an unpleasant experience. Pasta clumped together no matter how short I cut them. You would have to be quick enough to cut each piece separately as it pushed out of the machine. Also I cooked the pasta anyway to see how the recipe tasted. Not good.
